Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recording and maintaining accurate inventory data, including incoming, outgoing, and transferred items, in the system within the specified timeframe.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to answer customer inquiries regarding the system.
3. Manage the data entry system and report information to supervisors or relevant personnel at the workplace.
4. Oversee and coordinate with the operations department for product transfers and accurate data entry into the system.
5. Prepare KPIs and various reports as assigned by the supervisor.
6. Assist the supervisor by reporting any problems that arise and providing suggestions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year1 of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or system control.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse systems (WMS, ERP, or similar systems).
4.Fair command of English, computer literacy at user level, good communication.
5.Good analytical and problem solving skill and can work fast under pressure.
