YOUR TASKS:

The MCC is the technical heart of EAT and the first point of contact for all types of technical questions. These often require a prompt response and the necessary related decisions.

One of the core tasks of the MCC is to ensure the smooth operation of all DHL aircraft and customer aircraft.

The MCC Professional supports the Maintenance Officer on Duty (MOD) with daily administrative tasks.

Review of all aircraft documentation from EAT stations as well as from contracted outstations with EAT personnel
Ensuring that all documents are complete and correctly received by the MOC/MCC prior to departure
Entry of data into the TRAX software system, e.g. MDDR positions and TLB entries
Together with the MOD, organization of business trips for technical personnel, as well as the application for airport passes, hotels, and handling of social security and tax matters within Part 145 and the MOC
Ensuring proper documentation and reporting for the MOD and the MCC Manager
Administrative tasks for the MOD and the MCC Manager
Monitoring process efficiency and proposing improvements to workflows
Control and supervision of third-party companies during activities within EAT
Organizational tasks within the MCC
Review of paperwork quality in Leipzig
Acting as the interface between the MOD and the MCC

YOUR PROFILE:

Very good planning and organizational skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and issues
Teamwork skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Willingness to work in rotating shifts and shift work
Completed vocational qualification in the aviation, logistics, or transport sector
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
