Retail Outlet Officer: 01 Position
Work location: Vientiane Capital
Nature & Scope of the Job:
· Ensure deliver professional service to all walk in and account customer at all times.
· Proactive selling DHL services, such as TDD, SII and PDN to ensure to tap on every business opportunity and acquire optimize revenue
· Provide after sales service to customers by register special pre-alert and follow up special request from customer
· Ensure the updated customer information is share with respective sales and responsible for all service-related information is file and update.
· Answer both walk-in and telephone enquiries
· Provide support in processing the redemption service for marketing campaign.
· Maintain retail outlet clean and tidy.
Requirements:
· Male or Female
· Experience in customer service and telesales environment in a service or transportation industry is preferable.
· Good in written and communication skills, both of Lao and English
· Pro-active & Reliable person and able to work in teams.
· Good computer skill (MS office)
· College degree or above is preferable.
· Be able to work full time
