Operations Training Coordinator
Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Description:
· Identify training requirements for staff with Line Managers and work with HR Training and Development for support
· Provide regular Operations Training updates which identify performance gaps, actions to be taken and investment required to achieve performance improvement targets.
· Ensure all employees are effectively skilled and developed to meet business and succession needs
· Source and implement relevant training programs within the DHL Network
· Compile and report post-training evaluation on relevant training programs and report action plans for improvement on training methodology, content and process
· Compile and maintain an updated inventory of training received by every staff in all departments.
· Interfaces with vendors, trainers, designers/developers, and training participants regarding training logistics, facility arrangements, and materials.
· Ensure new employees are placed on relevant training programs and developed to meet specific job responsibilities
· Support regional projects with product/process roll-out, testing, training and follow up action plans
· Contribute to the development, validation and deployment of online courses, processes and assessments.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
· Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
· Good Presentation, facilitation and training skills
· Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Email
· Must have 1 or 2 years of working experience in Training and Development environment.
· Must have planning & organizing skills.
· Ability to work under pressure
