Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers on operational matters
  • Manage customer expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs
  • Provide timely updates on:
    • Order status
    • Inventory levels
    • Operational issues or delays
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with customers
  • Collaborate with customers to improve processes and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in 3PL/logistics
  • At least 5-7 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management systems (WMS)
  • Excellent customer management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Experience managing key customer accounts in logistics/3PL
