Responsibilities

1.負責與國外客戶進行全英文溝通，包含每月例行英文會議（建議英文能力 TOEIC 750 分以上） 2.熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體，具備 Excel 報表整理與分析能力 3.進行倉儲與運輸相關成本控管與數據追蹤 4.提升倉庫作業效率，並優化人力配置與生產力 5.維繫良好客戶關係，確保服務品質與客戶滿意度 6.處理日常營運中之異常狀況（包含系統、作業流程等） 7.跨部門溝通協調，確保作業順暢 8.參與專案規劃與執行，協助專案順利推進 9.具備良好抗壓性，面對快節奏與突發狀況時，能做出適切判斷並有效推進工作進度。

Qualification

-需有5年以上工作經驗。 -需有倉儲現場工作調度&人員管理經驗。 -具良好的跨部門協作與溝通能力，能獨立思考並有效執行工作。 -熟悉Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint等Office軟體，能熟練應用於日常工作。 -具備基本英文書信溝通能力者優先考慮。 -具備EHS相關知識者優先考慮。
