Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s hiring strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role leads end-to-end recruitment operations, partners with business leaders, and builds scalable hiring processes, while ensuring a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
1. Leadership & Team Management
· Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team · Define recruitment policies and strategies, and provide clear direction to both teams. · Strengthen TA organizational capabilities and professional skills. · Set KPIs and performance metrics for the TA function · Drive high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in the recruitment team · Enhance candidate experience and ensure consistent employer brand messaging. · Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders (Business Unit Heads, Site Managers, Corporate Function Leaders).
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy
· Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans · Forecast hiring needs in partnership with business leaders · Build and nurture talent pools and talent communities. · Establish strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies for niche and high-difficulty roles. · Develop proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, events, direct sourcing) · Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs · Drive diversity hiring initiatives
3. End-to-End Recruitment
· Oversee full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding · Ensure quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost efficiency targets are met · Manage hiring for critical, senior, and niche roles
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting
- Proven experience in leading recruitment teams
- Hands‑on experience with Direct Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Experience in high-volume and/or specialist hiring environments
- Strong track record in stakeholder management and business partnering
- Good teamplayer
