Job Description

Job Purpose:

To develop and design warehouse solutions for the most complex projects:

• Manage solution design deliverables across highly complex projects
• Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions & present and advise alternative cost benefit analysis & value models
• Advise the customer in new & innovative solutions which address the customer needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
• Support the development of a commercial framework for proposed solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.

• Data analytics capabilities of database for designing logistic solutions for multi-sector customers.
• Good communication skills with different levels and cross-functional teams.
• Efficient time management and follow-up of complex projects with challenging deadlines.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

• Interprets local business needs to develop warehouse solution design strategies.
• Communicates the objectives and rationale behind the strategy to own team, outlines the steps by which the strategy will be achieved.
• Sets clear priorities and keeps the team focused on efforts that add significant value.
• Designing warehouse solutions to deliver business growth, retain and improve existing business.
• Identify & manage Solution design resource requirements
