Senior Sales Executive specializing in Reefer & Liquid solutions across food, chemicals and energy sectors. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Success requires a strong hunter instinct, deep market awareness, and the ability to understand customer requirements in reefer & bulk liquid transportation. Technical training on specific solutions (reefer, flexi-tanks, ISO tanks, and other liquid transport methods) will be provided, but prior knowledge of freight forwarding and industry segments is essential. Reporting to the direct Manager, this position offers bi-yearly performance reviews and eligibility for sales incentives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in food, chemical, and energy markets.
  • Expand trade lanes and service offerings with existing customers.
  • Manage inherited accounts while actively prospecting for new clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and match them with freight forwarding solutions.
  • Upsell value-added services such as door-to-door, heating, recycling and disposal capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.

Job Requirement

  • Min 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong hunter instinct with proven success in new customer acquisition.
  • Knowledge of food, chemical, and energy sectors, including compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to balance account management with new business growth.
