About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will manage time-critical and white glove shipments from start to finish, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, proactively managing shipments, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement – handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints
  • Shipment Management – coordinate bookings, transport, and delivery
  • Cost & Revenue – ensure accurate billing and cost allocation
  • Exception Handling – identify and resolve delays or irregularities
  • Performance & Data Quality – monitor shipments and maintain accurate records
  • Compliance – follow regulatory and legal requirements
  • Routing Optimization – deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions
  • Invoicing – prepare accurate invoices with proper documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in airfreight or logistics operations (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Understanding of airfreight processes is an advantage
