We are seeking a Employee Engagement Lead to elevate employee experience across Indonesia—balancing strategic design of engagement frameworks with strong, hands-on execution across multiple operational sites.

Your Impact
As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across Indonesia. You will act as both a commercial leader and execution driver—building a strong pipeline, winning transformational deals, and translating strategy into tangible business results.
Lead Strategic Growth
- Build, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of transformational opportunities across targeted sectors
- Shape and execute business development strategies aligned with market trends and organizational priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market expansion and commercial direction
Drive Winning Proposals & Deals
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, including preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations
- Manage new business opportunities from identification through to contract award and implementation
- Ensure a structured, disciplined approach to opportunity pursuit and conversion
Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions
- Partner with existing and prospective customers to design value-driven Warehousing and Transport solutions
- Strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities across Indonesia
- Translate customer needs into competitive and scalable commercial propositions
Accelerate Business Performance & IBP
- Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives for Warehousing and Transport
- Challenge and support leadership to deliver sustainable growth strategies
- Contribute to the development of high-impact, results-driven business plans
Collaborate Across Markets & Functions
- Work closely with Regional BD, Operations Leaders, and cross-functional teams to build capabilities
- Coordinate with marketing, bid management, and other support functions to deliver integrated solutions
- Support regional and global business development initiatives
Unlock Synergies & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with other Group entities
- Drive innovative, cross-business solutions that enhance customer value and organizational performance
Shape the Future Growth Agenda
- Leverage market insights and sector expertise to identify emerging opportunities
- Drive the “where next” strategy to expand into new markets and industries
- Continuously assess trends to keep the organization ahead of the competition
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Business Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport solutions
- Proven track record of winning large, complex deals
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Solid knowledge of business proposal development and tender processes
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate opportunities into profitable growth
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
