Responsibilities
- Manage daily import and export operations
- Coordinate with external; suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and internal department; shipping coordinator (customs), warehouse teams.
- Track and monitor shipment status updates to relevant departments.
- Verify and organize documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, BOI-related documentation etc.), scan and archive on shared drive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to import and export operations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for import–export and logistics records.
- Compile data for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned.
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Careful, detail-minded, Strong sense of responsibility
- Positive working attitude, Well-organized, stable and willing to learn
- Proactive problem solver and flexibility and adaptability
