About the Role
As a Billing Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements. You will act as a strategic partner to the OTC CX Senior Manager, driving efficiency, minimizing revenue leakage, and enhancing customer experience across a multinational operation.
What You’ll Do🚀
- Lead daily billing operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Validate shipment, pricing, and service data before invoicing
- Ensure compliance with contracts, rate cards, and SLAs
- Manage high-volume invoice processing with strong quality controls
- Monitor billing KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics
- Identify and prevent revenue leakage (pricing errors, missed charges, discrepancies)
- Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations to align commercial and operational data
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring billing issues
- Lead audits and ensure proper documentation and controls
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives (e-invoicing, RPA)
- Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing billing team
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance insights
What We’re Looking For✨
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in Billing, Finance, AR, or OTC processes
- 2–4 years in leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of logistics billing models (freight, warehousing, last mile, cross-border)
- Experience managing high-volume transactional environments
- Strong expertise in contract interpretation and rate validation
- Proven ability to identify and prevent revenue leakage
- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Experience with automation tools (RPA, e-invoicing) and data analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced English (mandatory)
