Employment conditions
- A full-time position (40 hours) in daytime shifts
- A competitive starting salary between €3,648.57 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge and experience, with growth potential up to €5,727.27

What you will do
As Shift Manager, you lead operations and a team of Team Leaders. You focus on improving processes, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You do this with a fresh perspective and strong communication skills—essential for coaching your team.
In addition:
- You ensure processes run smoothly and safely
- You coach your team and conduct performance development conversations
- You closely monitor customer contact and adjust where necessary
- You optimize existing processes and document work instructions to create clear structure
Who you are
You are an energetic leader with an eye for people, performance, and continuous improvement. Structure and results come naturally to you, and you know how to motivate people to act.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience managing large teams (around 20 employees) and creating a positive, performance-driven work culture
- Basic understanding of logistics processes, allowing you to quickly adapt in an operational environment
- Strong social and communication skills: you know how to win over both employees and customers
- Creative and innovative mindset: you think outside the box to improve processes
- Persuasive leadership style: you provide direction while ensuring employees feel heard, involved, and valued
Team & DHL Supply Chain

You manage approximately 2 to 3 Team Leaders, indirectly leading around 30 to 35 Operators. You report to the Operations Manager and work together on process optimization, development, and job satisfaction for both your team and yourself.
