We are looking for an HR Director to our Hungarian team.

Your Tasks:

· Manage the HR function both strategically and operationally, providing HR functional knowledge, and maximizing employee commitment, capability and performance

· Successfully lead the HR department to achieve excellence in all areas while acting as a strategic business partner

· Aligning organization structure and developing roles as necessary to support business strategy

· Prioritize critical areas that need creation, discontinuance, reform, realignment or repair

· Build and maintain a culture of cross-functional cooperation with other departments

· Provide recommendations regarding individual development strategies and manages succession planning for key management positions

· Participate in the design and implementation of effective variable compensation and reward systems

· Seek areas where change is required and implement a change management program

· Drive and foster employee engagement and employer brand

· Design and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to measure HR efficiency

· Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and conduct all HR activity in accordance with the Company Ethics policy

· Develop and manage a team of highly performing professionals

· Create effective relations within the organizations and with the workforce

· Establish a climate of openness and trust to enable team members and peers to share insights, experience and knowledge

· Holds overarching responsibility for human rights and employee relations across the organization. Oversees the full lifecycle of cases—from reporting and investigation to resolution—ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Acts as a strategic advisor and ambassador for ethical practices, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and inclusion. Serves as a role model in upholding and promoting human rights principles across all levels of the organization.

Your Profile:

· Previous track record in a similar role or in international roles in Talent Management or business partnering

· Strong leadership track-record in an international/multinational companies

· Exposure to highly strategic Human Resources management agenda and processes

· Proven track-record of leading complex change management initiatives

· Absolute personal integrity and business ethics

· Prior budget management experience
