Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business unit by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, contract labour regulations, and applicable state acts.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labour and HR issues.
  • Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labour office interactions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership on HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance reports.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and support career progression.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HR policies, Compliance,recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, performance management systems, and relevant legislation.
  • Business Planning & organizing, decision-making, results orientation.
