The Facility Agent role will facilitate a variety of facilities tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assists Project Coordinator in all work and service requests, maintaining facilities computerized maintenance system to ensure accurate records on equipment, locations and facilities. Helps maintain departmental files and records, manages keys for all office spaces, furniture and equipment. Maintains departmental files and records of assets and equipment movement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist with employee shipping as equipment, gifts and others.
  • Proactively check the facilities tickets system requests
  • Assist with Uber business account.
  • Set up building events
  • Assemble, repair, reposition and remove office furniture and equipment.
  • Move PC’s, monitors and other computer equipment as needed.
  • Audio/Visual set-up and troubleshooting.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, process and send incoming and outgoing mail and COMAT services.
  • Assists with the door access system and update the information of Customer Service employees.
  • Maintain records of all ordered/invoiced products.
  • Collect headsets, cords and other miscellaneous parts from vacated desks.
  • Assist transportation, food services (distribute fruits, QA gift and gift cards)
  • Works with Property Manager in regard to company issues.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • GED, or technical certification
  • 2+ years in related field (or equivalent)
  • Lift heavy boxes, files, paper, etc. when needed
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to all business and safety procedure guidelines
  • Takes direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
  • Participate in cross-training (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc.)
  • Operating mailing, copy or scanning equipment
  • Shipping & Receiving: Handle time-sensitive material (i.e. confidential, urgent packages)
  • Create and ship files. Provide backfill when needed.
  • Sort and deliver mail, small packages.
  • Moving, setup, and breakdown of extra tables required for team potlucks, monthly cakes, and events as needed.
  • Set up (Support Customer Service events)
  • Member and active participant of the ERT/Safety team • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Subject matter expert in service, production, or support area of responsibility. Performs all of the standards with great attention to detail
