We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our Generative AI product organization and accelerate adoption of our GenAI and NLP products across the business.

This role is ideal for a mid-level product manager who combines product discipline with strong stakeholder engagement and business communication. You will shape internal and customer-facing AI solutions, turn business needs into priorities, and communicate capabilities in a way that drives understanding, trust, and adoption.

You will work at the intersection of business demand, platform capabilities, delivery, and lifecycle management in a fast-evolving market where stakeholders expect clear value, strong positioning, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Roadmap Execution

  • Translate business opportunities, pain points, and feedback into clear product requirements, priorities, and release plans.
  • Work with engineering, architects, designers, and operations to move features effectively from discovery to delivery.
  • Gather insights from delivery teams and stakeholders to identify reusable improvements, recurring challenges, and opportunities for new features.
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support the roadmap for conversational and GenAI solutions with a focus on business value and scalable adoption.
2. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
  • Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, clarifying current capabilities, roadmap direction, and investment value.
  • Drive structured discoveries with business partners to understand needs, friction points, and adoption barriers.
  • Align business expectations with technical realities, compliance requirements, delivery constraints, and platform strategy.
3. Communication of Features, Capabilities & Value
  • Create clear narratives for new features, enhancements, and roadmap changes.
  • Translate technical capabilities into understandable business messages, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Prepare product updates, enablement materials, and launch communication for business stakeholders.
  • Support product positioning by articulating differentiators, strengths, limitations, and recommended use cases.
4. Product Governance, Quality, Costs & Lifecycle Management
  • Ensure product requirements are clearly documented and actionable for delivery teams.
  • Contribute to responsible AI practices, including guardrails, quality expectations, user trust, and sustainable operations.
  • Support a disciplined lifecycle approach from idea to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to pricing and cost model discussions for platform capabilities, supporting transparency, scalability, and informed portfolio decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Digital Product, Solution Product, or similar roles.
  • 2–5 years of experience working with AI/ML solutions, with knowledge of model behavior, retrieval and search techniques, AI safety guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and model performance optimization.
  • Experience with conversational AI, GenAI, chatbots, voicebots, AI assistants, self-service platforms, or knowledge-based AI products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with software products or digital platforms in a B2B, enterprise, or internal platform environment.
  • Ability to turn business needs into product requirements, backlog priorities, and roadmap inputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts in business language.
  • Experience supporting feature launches, product updates, or adoption initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-evolving environments with multiple stakeholders and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise environments with security, privacy, or compliance considerations.
  • Exposure to vendor evaluation, product positioning, or commercial portfolio discussions.
  • Knowledge of logistics, customer service, support tooling, or enterprise operations is a plus.
