Work Location: Kwai Hing

Reporting to Head of Field Sales, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Win new business and develop existing customer business opportunities
• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to customers

Requirements

• Holder of HKDSE or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
• At least 2 years sales experience in service industry, preferably gained in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, able to work smartly
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
