Description – External
Coordinate with the Pilot in Command on all flight paperwork, providing all required documentation in accordance with current regulations. Demonstrate the ability to perform assigned duties and operational responsibilities as established by the Civil Aviation Regulations of Guatemala, as well as those related to human performance relevant to the role.
Qualifications – External
- Valid Flight Dispatcher License
- Valid medical examination
- ICAO English Level 4
- Effective communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be over 18 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles as an aircraft dispatcher
- Knowledge of Guatemala Civil Aviation manuals and regulations, as well as ICAO standards
