YOUR TASKS:

The position of Technical Trainer within the Technical Training department includes the delivery of technical and aviation regulatory training, including the development, updating, and continuous continuation training.

Development, updating, and maintenance of all technical training materials in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements in close coordination with Quality.
Analysis of new regulatory requirements (e.g., Part-145, Part-CAMO, Part-66) and integration into existing training programs; delivery of information sessions.
Planning and delivery of classroom training in both English and German on technical and production-related topics, including introductions to tools and systems.
Occasional delivery of training at internal EAT locations across Europe.
Support in onboarding technical personnel, active participation in the onboarding phase of new technicians; teaching fundamental content and processes.
Delivery and co-design of CAT-A modules in collaboration with the existing trainer team; development of modern, target-group-oriented training concepts.
Professional quality assurance and further development of internally used computer-based training.
Support in the creation, optimization, and standardization of training processes.
Delivery of manual and document training for small groups on site.
Support for on-the-job training and assistance with completing the TTLB.
Planning, organization, and documentation of training activities.
Close coordination with technical departments to optimize processes, create informational materials, and deliver supplementary training.
Organizational and content-related preparation as well as evaluation of conducted training sessions.
Participation in cross-functional projects with a focus on training, quality, and process improvement.

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed university or technical college degree, preferably in aerospace engineering and/or several years of relevant professional experience as an aircraft mechanic or avionics technician
Knowledge of aviation regulations, especially Part-145, Part-CAMO, and Part-66, is desirable
Very good German language skills
Very good English language skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for knowledge sharing
Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with a high level of initiative and customer/service orientation
Ability to develop modern training concepts and tailor them to target audiences
