YOUR TASKS:
Coordination of all trouble shooting activities and AOG support on EAT and non EAT outstations.
  • Generation of task cards for troubleshooting activities at EAT and non-EAT stations.
  • Cooperation with Engineering to obtain maintenance release approvals from the manufacturer.
  • Coordination with the Duty Manager, MCC, MOC, Planning, Stores, and Engineering departments.
  • Monitoring and analysis of defects and error messages in accordance with the AMM, FIM, and manufacturer manuals.
  • Support and execution of troubleshooting activities at EAT and non-EAT outstations.
  • Documentation of troubleshooting activities and corrective actions related to repetitive defects.
  • Responsibility for providing all troubleshooting-related information to the Duty Manager, Engineering, MCC, and MOC.
  • Continuous review of deferred defects and delays across the EAT CAMO-supported fleet.
  • Initiation and follow-up of structured troubleshooting activities.
  • Support of weekend maintenance planning.
  • Participation in cross-departmental projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Completed degree program and several years of relevant professional experience, or extensive relevant professional experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Holder of a Certifying Staff License in accordance with EASA Part-66 AML Category B1 or B2.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in work preparation and planning within aircraft maintenance.
  • Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of IT applications, including MS Office; experience with AMOS and/or TRAX is desirable.
  • Strong systematic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and reliable.
  • Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative.
