Qualifications:

•Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

•Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing

•Fully computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office

•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•Advance written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Having knowledge on drawing tools isan asset.

•Strong follow up, organization and planning skills

•High customer focus and teamwork spirit

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

•Managing new project parts processes available to meet customer demand and that includes delivery to plant

•Following system up daily accordingly all local, oversea and Europe supplier's project parts for each supplier for purpose of minimizing risks of project’s launch date & decrease airfreight costs

•Contacting with supplier about project parts of delivery to the appropriate plant, on time, in sufficient quantity

•Deciding MOT (mode of transport) in short-term and long term by optimizing budget cost with related department

•Reporting all logistics process updates to customer daily

•Making risk and root cause analysis for project process and establishing of precautions and emergency plans

•Preparing report to find root causes to problems and present optimal solutions according to project process.
