Role Purpose:

Plan, lead, and implement the marketing and sales strategies required for the commercial development of DHL Colombia. The role is responsible for optimizing support to business units nationwide, with a clear understanding of the company’s established objectives.

Additionally, this position supports the development and improvement of business units responsible for commercial growth in the country and works closely with managers across different business units to review and agree on the implementation of a regional segment-based strategy and the development of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to position DHL as the leading international transportation provider, increasing market share and achieving ambitious targets.
• Continuously analyze the logistics market (trends, key industries, competitors, risks, and opportunities) to guide decision-making.
• Provide cross-functional strategic support to regions, collaborating with areas such as Operations, HR, IT, Customer Service, and Security on high-impact projects and initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team, strengthening strategic, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans focused on key commercial KPIs and growth opportunities.
• Drive regional expansion through new customer acquisition, increased market penetration, and the development of new products, services, and business hubs.

Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and leadership roles.
• Experience delivering commercial presentations at executive/leadership level.
• Experience in sales reporting analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of international trade and strong negotiation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
