The Job:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Managing internal recruitment, promotion, and selection processes in line with company policies and business needs.
• Coordinating headcount management and regional FTE approval processes, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational requirements.
• Delivering recruitment-related trainings and providing guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices.
• Supporting Performance Management and Succession Planning processes in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Managing internship programs end-to-end, including recruitment, coordination, stakeholder communication, and program administration.
• Leading the local implementation and integration of Global HR projects while collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
• Reviewing recruitment process compliance, driving alignment with our DHL global policies, and educating hiring managers on relevant guidelines and procedures.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing insights, market intelligence, and policy guidance.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the optimization of Talent Acquisition and HR processes.

The Person:

• Excellent proficiency in English
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment is required
• Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Strong communication and social skills
• Able to handle different business processes at the same time and work with a focus on time sensitivity
