Exciting opportunity to be a part of our site automation team

At DHL Supply Chain, our Automation Champions work with our internal and external stakeholders to implement and operate exciting, automated warehouse solutions. You will be a key player in the success of our automated robotic solutions to deliver operational efficiencies and continuous improvements for our customer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate the adoption of new processes within the operation including training and support
• Monitor and analyse performance data to ensure peak system efficiency
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiencies
• Test and monitor updates to ensure successful functionality in our operational environment
• Review and update of safety protocols pertaining to automation
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and operations to minimise operational disruptions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in automation or operational roles within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training and change management
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in an automated environment
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with stakeholders effectively
