Shift patterns: 37.5 hours, Saturday & Sunday 6am - 6pm and Monday & Tuesday rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Carry out daily stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory management and the smooth flow of stock throughout the supply chain
• Process goods receipts, returns, and stock movements accurately and efficiently within the Warehouse Management System
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock levels are correctly reflected within system data
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions where required
• Support warehouse compliance by completing stock audits and ensuring all processes are followed in line with operational and customer requirements

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous stock control experience within a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of JDA / Blue Yonder is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of stock integrity and data quality
