Your Role would be:

• Track and resolve shipping errors, manage product orders, and handle delivery statuses.
• Field a high volume of inbound calls from Jamaica and other countires, understanding our customers' needs and promoting our services.
• Manage various database and web-based programs to provide timely customer responses.
• Coordinate with other departments during outages, redirecting calls as necessary.
• Identify sales leads and improved services opportunities during customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, confident responses to customer inquiries.
• Champion a positive service experience by demonstrating professionalism and emotional intelligence to customers with diverse needs.
• Increase customer self-service by answering questions and making recommendations for the use of MYDHL+ and other online tools.

If You have:

• Excellent typing and telephone skills
• Proficient in conflict resolution
• Technical skills, preferably with Telephone and Order Booking systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• High level of computer proficiency
• Passion for supporting others and solving customer needs
• Outspoken interaction and adaptable listening skills
