Lead the development, conception, and implementation of an architectural framework in collaboration with technical teams and platform providers to support AI initiatives.
Manage deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing processes.
Act as a senior DevOps engineer for infrastructure, maintaining system stability and performance.
Design and develop integrations into other services and solutions to enhance functionality and value.
Provide technical support to teams using the platform, facilitating onboarding and resolving technical issues.
Manage technical vendors of the Conversational AI platform provider, ensuring quality service delivery.
Conduct training sessions and share best practices to foster continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

Experience with conversational AI is highly preferred.
5+ years' experience as a developer/DevOps is a plus
Good knowledge of common IT standards
DevOps mindset and agile software development with a hands-on mentality
Experience with Azure Cloud technologies
Strong communication, presentation skills both in terms of technology and management
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or relevant field
