Do you want to play an active role in driving a company’s growth and turning big plans into reality? Then join our team! You can look forward to exciting challenges, an inspiring environment, and a work culture that combines flexibility and collaboration – with our 60/40 hybrid model and modern offices in Ratingen as a hub for ideas. As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You analyze the existing system, infrastructure, and CMDB landscape and develop technical architecture and design concepts to support its continuous evolution. You design, plan, and implement infrastructure and asset management solutions while ensuring their seamless integration into the existing IT architecture. You are responsible for the ongoing development of CMDB structures and for ensuring high data quality and consistency across all infrastructure domains. You establish and enhance standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for the identification, maintenance, and classification of IT assets. You own and further develop the company-wide Asset Classification methodology (CIAA) and ensure its consistent application in line with security, risk, and compliance requirements. You ensure comprehensive and reliable asset inventory management and provide transparency regarding relationships and dependencies between systems, services, and infrastructure components. You assess IT assets based on their protection requirements and derive corresponding architecture, security, and design standards. You advise internal IT teams on CMDB, asset classification, protection requirements, architecture standards, and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, and ISMS. You evaluate emerging technologies and identify optimization opportunities to align architectural decisions with business objectives. As the central point of contact for CMDB architecture, you work closely with IT Operations, IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Service Management teams.
