You take end-to-end ownership for the design, further development, and steering of sales dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. KPIs, pipeline, forecast, campaign performance), including defining reporting standards. You ensure high data quality and KPI consistency by defining and enforcing governance standards and actively validating key steering metrics. You proactively analyze the development of relevant sales KPIs, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and derive clear, actionable recommendations for management. You conduct complex, strategic, and ad-hoc analyses to support key sales initiatives and commercial decision-making processes. You independently define, further develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and the underlying data models. You translate complex data into decision-relevant insights and present them in stakeholder-oriented visualizations for top management and key stakeholders. You structure and prioritize business requirements and transform them into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications. You deeply analyze and evaluate sales and revenue campaigns with a focus on ROI, effectiveness, and optimization potential. You collaborate closely and in a steering role with data engineering and other interfaces to further develop data architecture, interfaces, and data products.
