Easytrip’s Finance function is evolving rapidly as we introduce new systems, strengthen processes, and enhance the quality and frequency of our reporting. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Finance Manager who can support this growth, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all core financial responsibilities are delivered to a high standard.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers strong exposure internally across IT and Sales, and externally with key partners in Ireland and DKV Head Office in Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

Month-End Close & Reporting

  • Deliver month-end in line with DKV Group deadlines.
  • Complete all local postings in Sage by WD3.
  • Convert and upload to SAP by 12pm on WD4.
  • Manage the flash reporting process on WD1.
  • Ensure all reconciliations are completed by WD10.
  • Support preparation of commentary on budget vs actuals by COB WD4.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support the Head of Finance throughout the full planning cycle.
  • Focus primarily on cost budgets across quarterly forecasts (Q1–Q3) and annual budget preparation.
  • Contribute to implementation of the new Financial Planning tool launching April 2026.

Stakeholder & External Partner Management

  • Assist in managing relationships with key financial stakeholders including:
  • External auditors (PwC)
  • Tax advisors (BDO)
  • Revenue (VAT and related compliance)
  • Act as a key Finance liaison with internal IT teams.

Systems, Data & Analytics

  • Review and interpret weekly analytics from the ERP system.
  • Support development of enhanced KPI reporting, including metrics such as lifetime customer profitability.
  • Engage in the SAP roadmap and other system related initiatives.

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support major ongoing finance and business transformation projects, including:
  • Banking migration from BOI to BNP
  • Deployment of the new planning tool
  • Move towards weekly reporting
  • Automation and process enhancements across Finance
  • Partner with IT to streamline end to end Finance processes.
  • Support supplier payment runs and tender processes.
  • Assist the Head of Finance in planning and managing resources in a fast moving, product driven business environment.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work effectively under multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong overall systems experience (Sage & SAP experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive, proactive approach and willingness to support the Finance function as it evolves.
  • Fully qualified or studying towards gaining accreditation with a recognised accountancy body (ACCA, CIMA, ICAI or equivalent).
