Smart Diesel, part of DKV Mobility, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team in Arad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing telesales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with B2B clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions from our portfolio. Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and business potential Negotiate and close sales contracts Identify customer needs and promote relevant products and services Manage incoming customer requests and resolve inquiries efficiently Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Customer Service, Credit Control) to ensure smooth operations Maintain and develop relationships with clients to support long-term business growth
