Senior Manager Growth & Transformation (gn) Vollzeit/Teilzeit (hybrid)

Your job at DKV Mobility? As part of a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment. Our tasks are defined by our Purpose: To drive the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility. We offer you numerous opportunities to help shape the mobility of tomorrow in a dynamic and agile environment. Our approximately 2,700 employees throughout Europe are united by a common passion: to give their best every day for our customers in more than 50 countries. True to our claim: You drive, we care. Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team!

  • You will play a key role in further developing the GTM strategy and the sales transformation roadmap together with the Director Strategic Growth, shaping both in terms of content and direction. In doing so, you will derive strategic priorities, target visions, and structured decision options for the Executive Board.
  • You will take end-to-end strategic and operational responsibility for growth initiatives across European markets. This includes managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, prioritizing the most critical topics, and ensuring target achievement with clear accountability for results.
  • You will define and steer the core transformation logic as well as the overarching guardrails across all initiatives. In close coordination with Sales, Data, CRM, IT, and Change Management, you will ensure consistent implementation even without formal authority.
  • You will shape the scaling strategy and rollout logic from pilot phase to broad implementation. In doing so, you will develop market-readiness approaches, orchestrate go-lives and playbooks, and systematically feed market insights back into decisions and prioritization.
  • You will build and actively manage structured feedback loops with super users, sales employees, and pilot groups in the markets. This will enable you to derive product-, process-, and enablement-related decisions and influence strategic developments.
  • You will steer and further develop change management. This includes stakeholder mapping, communication strategy, champion networks, and active resistance management to ensure sustainable transformation.
  • You will identify critical risks and target deviations at an early stage, escalate them where necessary, and actively manage them. In addition, you will initiate and implement corrective actions with high urgency and clear ownership.
  • You will work closely with initiative leads and functional departments and dive deep into specific topics whenever needed. In this way, you will remove operational obstacles and ensure implementation speed and quality of results.
  • You will shape and steer the overarching governance and management architecture of the transformation. This includes reporting, Steering Committee materials, tracking, and decision-making formats that ensure effective decision processes.
  • You will define and steer key commercial KPIs and impact metrics. On this basis, you will derive data-driven recommendations for the ongoing prioritization and further development of the transformation.
  • You will design, facilitate, and steer workshops as well as leadership alignment meetings at headquarters and on-site in the markets.
  • You bring 5–8 years of experience from a leading strategy consultancy such as MBB, Roland Berger, or from a comparable transformation or strategy role in industry, a start-up, or a scale-up.
  • You have successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives involving a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You know how to create clarity, alignment, and real execution speed — even without formal authority.
  • You think like an operator: structured, hands-on, detail-oriented, and always focused on impact and outcomes.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently — whether in management materials, workshops, or collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You bring a solid foundational understanding of data and AI concepts.
  • Ideally, you also bring experience in change management or organizational development.
  • Additional European languages are a plus — especially Eastern European languages such as Polish or Czech.
  • Experience in B2B sales organizations with a multi-country setup is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems — ideally Dynamics 365 — and/or BI tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
  • If you have already gained initial industry experience after your consulting career, that is an additional plus.
