We are seeking a talented Senior Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional teams towards greater efficiency and innovation.

Key Tasks:

  • Conducting all scrum related activities in the team, promoting cross-team collaboration.
  • Adopting appropriate Agile frameworks, methods, and techniques tailored to the team's context.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, setting measurable goals, and tracking progress.
  • Facilitating Agile planning techniques focused on incremental delivery of customer value.
  • Cultivating excellent collaboration between Product Owner and Development Team.
  • Acting as a catalyst for spreading an agile mindset across the department and DKV.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the "why" and "how" of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using tools and techniques to foster engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owner and Product Manager to manage backlogs.
  • Embodying servant leadership principles to support team success.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues across departmental boundaries.

Required Skills & Profile:

  • 4+ years' experience in an Agile environment (Scrum preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Minimum Agile certification (PSM, CSM, DASM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
  • Technical background in web application development and software operations.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
