As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You systematically analyze IT demand and develop a mid‑ to long‑term IT sourcing roadmap. You define, develop, and implement IT sourcing and procurement strategies, including make‑or‑buy decisions as well as single‑, multi‑sourcing, and outsourcing models. You manage the selection, engagement, and continuous development of external IT service providers. You design, negotiate, and take responsibility for contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) together with Procurement and the relevant business units. You monitor the contract‑, cost‑, and performance‑compliant delivery of external IT services. You build sustainable supplier partnerships and actively promote innovation and continuous improvement. You continuously monitor the market and identify new vendors, technologies, and pricing models. You optimize the vendor and contract portfolio to reduce costs, risks, and complexity.
