You ensure the accurate implementation and processing of customer pricing conditions in SAP and pricing systems and maintain a high level of data, process, and billing quality. You analyze and process exceptions within automated pricing processes and implement customer-specific pricing and commercial agreements. You perform mass updates of customer pricing conditions and support bonus, rebate, and settlement processes. You act as a point of contact for Sales, Product Management, and business departments on pricing-related topics and their implementation within the systems. You analyze error patterns, coordinate solution development with IT and business stakeholders, and support business testing activities within the SAP environment. You create reports and analyses to ensure a high level of process and data quality. You contribute to the further development and standardization of pricing, quotation, and business processes. You will gradually support the further development of the DKV-wide quotation process and contribute to the implementation of standardized governance and approval standards.
