You act as the strategic HR partner for the EVS Board leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters. You lead the annual people planning cycle, including organizational design, workforce planning, capability management, and succession planning. You challenge and shape business strategy from a people perspective, proactively addressing capacity, capability, and retention risks. You drive and support complex transformation initiatives, including restructurings, integrations, market expansions, and operating model changes. You advise leaders on sensitive employee matters, including performance management, leadership transitions, and separation processes. You own talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles and partner with stakeholders to advance the leadership development agenda. You foster a high-performance culture, coach leaders on effective people management, and support Talent Acquisition with compelling talent messaging. You optimize organizational effectiveness by shaping structures, analyzing workforce metrics, and implementing targeted people initiatives. You lead and develop the HRBP team, driving performance, capability building, collaboration, and career development. You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful people solutions.
