You define and drive the frontend architecture within your area of responsibility. You make strategic technology decisions for frontend applications and their integration with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions. You establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, testing strategies, and quality standards. You drive component reuse, the evolution of our design system, accessibility, and frontend performance. You promote modern frontend engineering practices as well as automation and CI/CD processes. You plan and steer the technical delivery of initiatives while aligning technical roadmaps with product goals. You support the growth and development of frontend engineers, foster technical talent, and contribute to recruitment activities. You collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Architecture.
