Job description
This position is part of our corporate academy which is called "CS Universe-ity". It aims to upskill the 20.000 colleagues within Customer Solutions on the competencies to excel in delivering the strategic ambitions of the segment.
Your Tasks:
- You prepare a detailed delivery and execution plan for each journey milestone and ensure a customer-centric approach reflecting closely what learners expect and need
- You drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey
- You develop an engaging journey for respective target group (Leadership, Global Practitioners, Regional teams)
- You will take the ownership for digital learning modules and make sure that there will be further development
- You organize content into executable learning experiences
- You collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation to ensure high level of engagement
- You implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with best practices in digital learning
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in Business Management, Human Resources technology or related field
- You have at least 5 years professional experience
- You are excellent in stakeholder managment and use your collaboration skills in a solution-oriented working mode
- You have strong analytical skills and use them for decision making
- You have a strong affinity to digital learning
- You use your effective communication skills fluent in English and German
