As Team Lead (f/m/d) you are responsible for the development of strategies, the acquisition and delivery of large Data and Analytics programs in time, budget, and quality by leading a team of data professionals.

What you are responsible for

• Lead a team of data professionals with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the energy networks industry
• Build up meaningful relationships and identify opportunities for data-driven optimization together with our energy networks partners in all E.ON countries
• Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative data products with your deep experience in data science, data engineering and/or (technical) project management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, inspiring them with the opportunities of data and analytics
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget
• Take ownership of the P&L of your unit and ensure utilization of your team
• Develop strategies that build brand awareness and increase the number of engagements
• Convert leads into new engagements
• Contribute towards employer branding by speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media

What you are good at

• You have several years of professional experience in a leading role within a data department or management consulting
• Extensive knowledge of the energy industry with a particular focus on energy networks
• You have a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
• You have a clear vision how to unleash the potential of data to accelerate business transformation
• You inspire others with your attitude and your passion for data and green energy
• You have a strong ability to pitch, sell and deliver innovative data projects
• You have professional experience in ML model training in Python
• Ideally you have professional experience in working with state-of-the-art cloud technologies (various Azure services are a plus)
• Ideally you have professional knowledge about MLOps and best practice when it comes to software development, such as version control, CI/CD, monitoring, automation and testing (Azure DevOps is a plus)
• You have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and German
