Job description

The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (E.g. Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud, Cyber Security more), workplace tools and practices (E.g. Agile), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to E.ON’s employees.

As the Learning Ecosystem Management (LEM), we're contributing to realising E.ON’s strategy by building a learning ecosystem at E.ON (E.g. Through platforms such as our LXP, digital empowerment communities, and third-party learning content), offering varied and engaging learning experiences to our employees. A key priority is to establish our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) ‘MyGenius’ as an intuitive and easy to navigate one-stop-shop for learning at E.ON.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Set, in close collaboration with the Business Product Owner, the technical roadmap of the LXP and deliver against the roadmap to ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple (underlying) platforms
  • Drive the implementation of new features, releases and enhancements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future iterations
  • Own product budget and allocate to activities
  • Orchestrate 3rd party platform integration into the LXP
  • Ensure high quality User management process
  • Collaborate with E.ON colleagues, stakeholders and (external) partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the development process
  • Continuously improve governance, knowledge management and processes to establish a robust run phase of the LXP
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery and running of the platform

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer/Data Science, Data Engineering or a related field
  • Extended years of experience in technical product ownership, learning & development, talent management or a related field, preferably in an international setting
  • Proven experience in running Infrastructure projects, preferably managing the LXP platform of EdCast/Cornerstone
  • Proven experience in working in a BizDevOps setting and proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Deep understanding of the (digital) learning landscape, including technologies, platforms, and methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience of accessing data via APIs
  • Knowledge with platform integrations is preferred (experience with MuleSoft is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking
  • Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently
  • Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are additional benefit
