What you can expect from us

E.ON Digital Technology plays a key role in shaping the energy transition by leading E.ON’s digital transformation across Europe. We explore new paths through developing ideas, breaking new ground, making visions reality, and bringing new technologies to life. In flexible working models and teams, we deliver sustainable technology solutions to meet the energy issues of tomorrow.

• During the program, you’ll have the chance to work in different functional placements mainly across E.ON Digital Technology departments (e.g. Strategy & Architecture, Cyber Security, Data Analytics & IoT, Digital Platforms or Infrastructure Services)
• Besides, you’ll complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement
• Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON’s business with a focus on topics like Cloud Computing & Platform, Software Engineering & Development, Data & Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security across Europe (e.g. Sweden, UK, Romania)

What we expect from you

• You have an above average Bachelor’s degree in IT-related studies like Business Informatics, Cyber Security, Data Science or comparable with at least 2 years of relevant working experience​ or a respective Master’s degree
• Willingness to actively contribute to the digital transformation of the whole E.ON Group characterizes you
• You are fluent in English and willing to learn German
• Ideally you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work
• Your initial IT knowledge, especially in software development, web technologies, cloud computing, data & AI, cyber security or agile project management, would be ideal
• You can contribute with the ability to build meaningful relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills
• Empathy, high logical skills and a willingness to engage with new technologies & concepts is what we are looking for to develop even further with you

An already existing residence and work permit for Germany are not necessarily required.
