The team - your impact

As Application Engineer within the HR DT Department, you are leading the HR Data Migration concept creation, technical implementation as well as the technical quality assurance to support our Digital HR Transformation program (Delphi), that is introducing a modern HR HCM cloud solution. You are part of the HR Core Master Data Team, responsible for our future HR master data strategy in the cloud.

Your role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Lead HR Data Migration for Digital HR Transformation program (Delphi), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security throughout the process
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation and validation
  • Take over responsibility for HR Master Data interface strategy, especially in relation to the future Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand interface requirements and resolve any issues that arise
  • Managing HR IT projects in the respective area, especially playing a key role in E.ON’s Oracle Cloud HCM journey
  • Take accountability for identifying issues and driving solutions in the context of our HR Master Data strategy as well as for reducing technical and organizational dept

Your profile - authentic & open.minded

  • Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Solid IT knowledge spans areas such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP BTP, REST, ABAP, Python, SAP HCM Payroll or similar technologies
  • Experience in cloud-based HCM systems or programming experience with web/ cloud technologies is part of your repertoire.
  • A strong self-motivation and enthusiasm for innovative solutions characterize you
  • Great communication skills with the ability to communicate adequately via technical and business language as well as ability to collaborate actively across cultural and organizational boundaries
  • Business fluent in English, German is a plus, additional language skills beneficial
  • Willingness to travel frequently
