As a Technical Product Owner (Tech PO) in the External Communication team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance our external communication strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a BizDevOps mode to define and prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog and a functional team, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the field of external communication and brand management.

• Collaboration with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology requirements for external communication
• Development and maintenance of the product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Prioritization and management of the product backlog
• Establishment of functional management of the product team and successful delivery of product developments.
• Close collaboration with development teams for timely and high-quality technology solutions
• Market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends for innovation and improvement

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Relevant university degree or profound and long term professional IT experience
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in communication management
• Strong technical background in software development methodologies and technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with international teams
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business requirements
• Strong leadership and influencing skills for cross-functional teams
