Head of Custom Platform Products - Data & AI (f/m/d)

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• Provide visionary technical leadership for the development of custom Data & AI products and foster an innovation-friendly technology culture

• Oversee the implementation of technical requirements in close collaboration with Product Strategy, Data Governance, and internal and external partners

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment

• Ensure a best-in-class user experience across the entire product portfolio

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve efficiency

• Establish rigorous quality assurance processes and code reviews to ensure maximum reliability, performance, and security

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tech development (e.g., software development or MLOps), including at least 2 years in leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of the entire data value chain, including AI development, platform technologies, and MLOps

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications

• High sense of ownership for delivering an outstanding user experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex technology environments
