As a Senior Digital Technology Project Manager / PMO Manager (f/m/d) you will lead workstreams, PMOs or projects to drive digitization and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, agility and impact.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Accountability for and drive large and complex solution projects or PMO activities end-to-end; from definition and setup through delivery to successful go-live and operation
- Actively engage with senior stakeholders of C- level to ensure buy-in and support for the project by managing and driving communication, decision papers and Steering Committees
- Build high performing teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence, transparency and continuous improvement
- Shaping role of the project governance, ensuring visibility into project risks, status and interdependencies as well as managing escalations and the program's budget to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain port dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting and act as an advisor (f/m/d) to several cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensuring resource planning and capacity alignment are aligned with business priorities
- Take over a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany and our regional organizations by improving our frameworks, methodologies and best practices
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- University degree in Business, IT, or a related field and multiple years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm working in digital technology or have gained substantial experience in the industry
- Background working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in establishing or leading a PMO or similar project governance function and proven ability to lead a team effectively and inspire them towards a common goal
- Strong understanding of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, SAFe, Scrum)
- Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization
- Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingnes to travel at least 40%
