• You will collaborate with national and international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to leverage AI and drive the digital transformation of Energy Networks

• You lead the definition, development, and execution of the AI strategy, supporting ongoing and future business transformations, as well as the continuous development of digital business platforms (Rocks)

• As a leader of the Expert Team within the Leadership Team of Energy Networks Digital & IT, you will prepareand moderate meetings jointly with the PMO expert and actively contribute strategic insights, proposals, and impulses together with other team members

• You will support strategic projects and manage cross-functional teams

• Together with the Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will drive decisions related to standardization and optimization

• You will represent Energy Networks as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings,presentations, and discussions on Digital & IT

A background that convinces us

• A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Data Science, or a related field, with strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python), machine learning, deep learning (e.g., PyTorch), NLP,and big data technologies

• Proven ability in problem-solving, research, and project management, with a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to apply technical solutions to support business strategies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively across departments

• Ideally, knowledge of the European energy industry and a passion for using digital technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and change

• Business fluency in both German and English to interact effectively within the E.ON Group and with Distribution Systems Operations
