Your Role

Working with our EMEA sales leader Enver Berisha, you will take full ownership of driving emnify’s growth in the European IoT market, with a primary focus on German-speaking customers. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll lead complex, end-to-end sales cycles — from identifying and engaging high-potential prospects to closing strategic deals and developing long-term customer relationships.

You’ll work with technology-driven companies across logistics, energy, and other industrial verticals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior commercial and technical stakeholders. Partnering closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Customer Success, you’ll gain deep exposure to the IoT ecosystem while directly influencing emnify’s go-to-market strategy.

Your Goals:

  • We are a scale up and we want you to help build our company! So we need a hunter someone who has the grit and tenacity to use all the tools in their armoury to go out and bring in amazing new customers!
  • Build a sustainable pipeline and generate recurring MRR, reaching a six-figure sales volume within your first 12 months

Your Impact:

  • Shape and execute our outbound and enterprise sales strategy in close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Pricing, Legal, Product, Customer Success, and Network Access
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and confidently engage technical and business decision-makers
  • Win and grow high-value customers, becoming a long-term strategic partner to your accounts
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture and help lay the foundation for emnify’s next phase of growth

Your Skills:

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value, even without prior IoT or telecom experience
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a proven drive to find and close new business
  • A collaborative and strategic approach, with confidence working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders
