Demand Generation Content Manager (Berlin Based)

Your Role:

  • Own and scale high-converting content that turns traffic into pipeline
  • Focus on measurable revenue impact through content (not brand or editorial)
  • Build and optimize content across paid campaigns, landing pages, website journeys, and nurture programs
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve performance
  • Partner closely with Demand Gen, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Web, and Revenue teams
  • Gain direct exposure to how content influences pipeline creation
  • Operate as a commercially-minded content expert with strong ownership and experimentation mindset

Your Goals:

  • Own and scale conversion-focused content across all demand generation channels
  • Build a repeatable system for testing, optimizing, and scaling messaging
  • Improve conversion rates across key journeys (Visitor → Lead → Pipeline)
  • Increase pipeline generated from content-driven campaigns

Your Impact:

  • Create and optimize content for paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Build high-converting landing pages and website journeys
  • Translate complex IoT and connectivity topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Develop A/B testing strategies across ads, headlines, value propositions, and page structures
  • Identify friction points and improve funnel conversion via messaging and UX
  • Own performance metrics such as CVR, CPL, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve content effectiveness

What we expect:

  • Very experienced with B2B content, growth, or demand generation roles
  • Proven experience creating conversion-focused content (not brand/editorial)
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and landing page optimization
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and bias for action

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IoT, telecom, SaaS, or technical/developer audiences
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
  • Experience working closely with paid media teams
